CEOBD's Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all services on the ceobd platform. ceobd is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and a number of other countries.

By creating an account through the ceobd website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read this document in full and agree to comply with all the Terms stated herein.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall be considered final.

To create an account and use ceobd's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years years of age.
• Online gaming must be legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are playing in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are in a sound mental and financial state to make informed decisions.
• You have not previously been banned from ceobd.

Ceobd reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. If verification documents are requested and not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

When registering with ceobd, you must provide accurate and genuine information. Submitting false or incorrect details may result in account termination, and any winnings or balance associated with that account will be forfeited.

• One Account Only: Only one ceobd account is permitted per person. Attempts to create multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be detected.
• Password Security: You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Account Transfers: Selling, transferring, or renting your ceobd account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawing above a certain amount. This may require submitting a national ID or passport along with a selfie.

The ceobd support team will never ask for your password. If anyone requests your password, treat it as a scam.

Ceobd supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Regarding Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Successful deposits are generally credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.
• If your deposit doesn't reflect for any reason, please contact Support with your transaction number.
• Ceobd does not accept deposits from third parties — only from the account holder's own mobile banking account.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 2–10 minutes.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit — no alternative methods are permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering conditions must be met first.

Ceobd reserves the right to temporarily hold any unusual or suspicious transactions and may request additional verification if necessary.

Ceobd's bonuses and promotional offers are designed to enhance your entertainment experience. Please read the specific terms and conditions of each offer carefully before claiming it.

Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. Withdrawing this bonus typically requires meeting a 20–30x wagering requirement.

• Bonuses generally have a validity period of 7 to 30 days — any bonus that expires within this period will be forfeited.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement after claiming a bonus, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Specific games or maximum bet limits may apply toward meeting wagering requirements — please check these at the time of claiming your bonus.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account closure.

Ceobd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. Terms will not change mid-way through an active bonus, but new terms will apply to any new bonuses issued thereafter.

All game outcomes on ceobd are determined by a certified, independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator). In Live Casino games, a human dealer is present, but every card dealt or wheel spin is fair and never predetermined.

• Ceobd reserves the right to correct any erroneous payouts resulting from a technical error.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a connection issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Ceobd uses data from international sports data providers to determine match results.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, ceobd's decision is final.

Odds in live Sports Betting can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ceobd platform:

• Bots or Automated Software to play games or place bets.
• Multiple Accounts opening an account to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Collusion — Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage at the table.
• Software Errors or Bugs Exploiting intentionally for financial gain.
• Money Laundering or laundering money from illegal sources through ceobd.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks attempting to do so on the ceobd system.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

If any of the above violations are detected, ceobd may close the account without notice and forfeit all balances. In serious cases, the matter may also be reported to law enforcement.

Ceobd views responsible gaming as a core principle. We believe no user's gaming experience should ever become a source of mental or financial stress.

Ceobd provides all users with the following features:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — to control how much you spend.
• Gaming Time Limits: Set your own daily time limit for how long you play.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for anywhere from 7 days up to permanently.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing.

Ceobd strives to maintain the highest standard of secure and uninterrupted service. However, ceobd's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Internet disconnections or technical issues on the part of third-party providers.
• Issues with the user's own device.
• Unexpected technical failures beyond ceobd's control.
• Financial losses from gaming — ceobd is an entertainment platform, not a financial advisor.

Ceobd reserves the right to correct any amount incorrectly credited due to a technical error, even if those funds have already been used.

Ceobd may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be provided via your registered email or app notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Closure: Users may permanently close their account at any time by contacting Support. It is advisable to withdraw any available balance before doing so.

ceobd's Right to Close an Account: ceobd may close an account without notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, or any other dishonest activity.
